At McIntosh, we stand behind the quality of our home furnishings and decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your McIntosh account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
