The Seeknit CURVE Koshitsu Interchangeable Needle Set First 6cm is a compact and versatile bamboo knitting system, designed as an introduction to the CURVE interchangeable range. Bringing together a carefully selected range of needle sizes with essential cables and accessories, it offers a flexible and considered setup for a wide variety of projects.

Crafted by the Japanese company Kinki Amibari, the CURVE Koshitsu needle tips are made from carefully selected bamboo and undergo a specialised high-pressure and heat treatment to enhance strength and durability. Each tip is polished with natural plant wax, creating a smooth, softly tactile surface that allows stitches to glide effortlessly while maintaining even, consistent tension.

The defining feature of the CURVE system is the seamless transition between the bamboo tip and the stainless steel fitting. Combined with the swivel cable connection, this design prevents twisting and kinking, allowing your knitting to move naturally and uninterrupted.

The shorter 6cm needle tips are particularly suited to smaller circumference knitting, offering control and precision where space is limited. With a combination of M1.8 and M2 components included, this set provides flexibility across a broader range of needle sizes within one compact system.

Important information

The Seeknit CURVE system uses two screw sizes:

• M1.8 for needle sizes 2.0–3.25mm
• M2 for needle sizes 3.5–10.0mm

This set includes both M1.8 and M2 components, allowing use across a wider range of needle sizes.

CURVE components are not compatible with M4 cables. Existing M4 components can be used with CURVE cables when combined with an adaptor.
