Barragán Shawl | The Knitter Magazine Knitalong by Kath Andrews

 McIntosh BFL logo

BARRAGAN SHAWL

"A garden must combine the poetic and the mysterious with a feeling of serenity and joy"

Louis Barragán, Architect 1902 - 1988

As the yarn colours are called “My Serenity” and “My Joy”, this seemed appropriate - especially since one of the stitch patterns is called ‘Floral Mesh’.

Kath Andrews, Barragán Shawl knitalong designer

designed by Kath Andrews

in McIntosh hand-dyed British Bluefaced Leicester 4-Ply

Originally designed for The Knitter magazine Knit-a-long 2023 in issues 194 - 197.
